Shipping

Ship with USPS Priority, Ground, etc. Usually around $17 extra for shipping (depending on your location and the size of the piece) since it takes a lot to package ceramics and make sure they are safe. If your piece comes broken, send me an email with a picture of the broken piece, and I will replace it at no cost. Of course, it will be different than the previous piece since everything is handmade without molds. It will also take me about a month to remake the item, and then a few more weeks for shipping.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your piece of art, please send me an email about this, and if it is within 30 days of receiving the item, you can have a full refund if you send the piece back. I will need a picture of the shipping receipt before I send the money back.

I’m always up for an art trade, so artists, email me if interested! Otherwise, I offer product exchanges if you would like something different that is the same price and on my website currently.
